I'm using Netbackup 5.1MP4 on solaris server.
We recently change our configuration by removing one of our robot (DLT tape).
We also have another robot connected to our master with SDLT drives.
But today I need to restore some files backuped up on a DLT tape. I did it before with anothe tape and did not encountered any problem but today my primary copy tape is broken so I want to use my secondary (I know how to change it in the catalog).
The problem is the label used on the tape is on 7 digits but all the other tapes in the robot are on 6digits so when I put the old DLT, it reads SLR030 instead of LR030D.
The barcode is SLR030D but the RecordedMediaID is LR030D.
Is there anyone who know how I can change the ExternalMediaID.
I thought about MEDIA_ID_BARCODE_CHARS but I don't want to change the settings for all the other tapes in the robot for which I haven't got any problem.
