Hi I have a a small network at home which I am having problems with. In advance sorry for the long post but I find as much info as possible helps when people try to answer a problem.

I have one pc setup running windows xp1Pro sp1 which is being used as a internet gateway using Microsoft ICS. After a random period of time this could be 1 minute or a number of hours. Certain services shut down some can be restarted but others like ICS need a reboot before they will started again. The services that close are

1) Computer Browser
2) Internet Connection Firewall/Inernet Connection Sharing
3) Workstation
4) Windows Audio
(There maybe others but these are the only ones so far I know off which are usully running but shutdown.)

The pc is also running a copy of zonealarm 2.6. setup as requried to work with ICS. The other pc on the network is also running XPpro SP1. Both PC's are using static IP address and are using the subnet required by ICS.

Here is the spec of the network

Web PC Hardware
