problem with mailto script 1

I have made a site where when a button is clicked an email is opened already addressed to several people and a certain subject and message are written (it is a petition). Now this works on a mac, but on my pc here at the university, the subject contains both the subject and the body. why is this? i used the proper code I believe where after the mail to address is:

?subject=ABC?body=XYZ

Try adding:

?subject=ABC&body=XYZ instead of ?subject=ABC?body=XYZ frozenpeas
