Last year my organization switched from Visual Studio 6 to .Net for all development projects. With this change came Crystal Reports 8.5.
We've really had no problem with .Net, and our only problem (thus far) with Crystal Reports is that the wizard for (Avery 5161) mailing labels does not format correctly. The labels are either too high or too low. That is, some addresses are formatted correctly, while others span two labels. As with all of our reports, the data for the labels is supplied by a SQL Server stored procedure.
There is probably a simple solution to this problem, but we can't seem to find it.
Is there a known issue with the labels wizard in Crystal, or are we missing something?
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
