Problem with mail Labels

Hi,
I have created a report to generate mailing labels. Number of columns per page is 3 and number of labels per column is 10. I have used the procedure from

the first and third columns filled in on the first page and the middle column only on the second page.
can anyone help me with the sizes.
I have setup size as:
page: width=8.5in, Height = 11 in
Body of report: width = 2.625 in , height= 1 in
number of columns/page = 3
I have used list box and rectangular box. and text boxes to display data.
