Problem with mail.box

Hello Forum, I´ve a problem with mail.box database, the messages are not delivered to users. I think that this is a router agent problem but I´m not sure.
I've checked to stop the router agent with the command "Tell Router Quit" and later run the router agent with command "Load Router" but this solution failed.
Please, Can I do something?

If you are sure that mail.box is the problem, stop the server, run a nupdall -r mail.box from a Dos prompt, run nfixup mail.box from a Dos prompt

You can even try to rename mail.box to mail.old
WHen you restart the server, a new mail.box will be created
If everything runs well, you can copy the mails that are stuck in mail.old to mail.box and it should work fine Peter Van Eeckhoutte
