problem with macros for exel

i already set the security to medium but i still having that warning for macros. can somebody help me how to remove that?

At Medium security, you'll still get the prompt, but you'll be able to run the macros. At Low security, macros will always be enabled and you won't get prompts, but that's a terrible idea, since some macros can be malicious.

You can create your own digital certificate. Once a user accepts it anything signed with that certificate will not prompt the user.
