Problem with Lotus Thick Client...

A voicemail message was forwarded to 3 people. When listening in the MM client, it only plays the 8 second intro (you can see this in the box - part 1 of 1, 8 seconds). However, the subject line shows 54 seconds, and when the message is listened to on the phone, it does contain the forwarded message following the intro.

Any thoughts?

The problem is a little clearer now.

It is not forwarding original voicemail into the MM Lotus Client.

Like in Reply options from the LTC, you have Reply, and then Reply with History. Reply doesn't include original, but history does.
