When you have a table in Excel, that only has two or three columns width, but extends over 90 some pages...and only
uses up the left hand side of the page, can Excel continue the table first on the right hand side before it moves to the next page? I don't want to cut and past 90 some pages. Is there some type of automatic feature in Excel for
something like this?
Thank you

Not sure if this will help, but you can try it and see what happens:

Open the spreadsheet. Select File<Page Set Up. Click on the Page option tab. Under the Scaling section, change the percentage to a lower number. You can go to Print Preview and see how it looks and make further adjustments.

Linda Adams
Garridon@aol.com
<a href= Adams Online
I'm a professional writer, published internationally.

Garridon,
I tried your suggestion out, but it only shrinks the table, instead of automatically moving the data to the right hand side of the page. Thanks anyway.

jenni, any possibility of importing that information into an access database? access' report feature will allow you to use both sides of the page under Page setup/columns tab. select 2 columns and the down, then across column layout. you may have to adjust your report margins.

have you heard of a product called fineprint. It can be located at <A HREF=" TARGET="_new"> will allow you to print upto 8 pages on one sheet. If you adjust your page width you will not need to reduce the size of your print and will save some trees.

There is a trial version on the site.

Peter Coghill
Peter_Coghill@hotmail.com
