Problem with Live Data Settings

Now having trouble with the Live Data Settings, when I go to the page on the Internet, it comes up as pure HTML coding. Within Ultradev, I've provided the results page with expected search parameters in Live Data Settings, but when I choose to display the page in the Live Data window, a box is appearing which tries to open the main page of the website, it just says "An error occured while requesting the doc from the app server."

Have I set up my server info correctly?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
