Problem with List of Values

Hi Guys,
I need your help.
I just install BOXI environment in side of my customer with all reports that i developed.
I install it using import wizard.
When i`m trying to run the one of reports it`s run but in prompt i can`t see List Of Values that dynamically generated from DB.

the following error writing in the log file:

2010/08/31 14:15:18.757|>>|A| |10951| 69| |||||||||||||||assert failure: (htmlrenderer2.cpp:3366). (false : PromptEngine: Convert dynamic prompting to
static. LOV fetching failed.).

I have limited connection to customer therefore i can`t instal business view and check the list of values.
If somebody know another way to check what a problem?

I am having exactly the same issue. I was wondering if you solved this problem?

I solved it by change "MaxRowsetRecords"="65000"
and also schedule LOV.
