I have an MS Graph 97 Chart based on a cross-tab query linked to a report based on a Select query. The database is an Access 2k, recently converted from 97. I want to link fields in the cross-tab query to the contents of textboxes on the report. I tried leaving the child and master fields of the graph blank and using the name of the control (ie. Reports!rptMyReport!txtID) as the criteria on the correct field in the cross-tab query. I'm getting a message that Microsoft jet doesn't recognize "Reports!rptMyReport!txtID" as a valid field name or expression. I know that this expression should return a value because I've tried it in code! Please help if you can.
