Hi, I've been trying to figure out how to link files with Corel Draw (I'm fairly new to it.) When I click import, then select a file and check off link bitmapped file - It just acts as if it's embedded. Now if I go to edit, insert new object, create from file, and check link - it works, however, I can only link .CDR files! Why not anything else? I get an error that says "Failed to create object. Make sure the object is entered into the system registry." - Any one know what is going on? Am I doing something wrong? Any help is appreciated!
