Problem with Legend locking up

Has anyone had a problem with the Merlin Legend Mail locking up. My facility notices in the morning that all the voicemail lights are lit and when you call the main number, it just rings instead of ringing to the auto attendant. The only thing that seems to resolve this (for the short term) is rebooting the machine. It seems to be happening more frequently and has become a problem for the office. Any suggestions would be very helpful. It is a Legend 7.0.

Sounds like a voice mail problem rather than a LEgend Problem. Do the phones work otherwise, and what type of voicemail system do you have?

Go into lines and trunks and make sure tt/ls disc is set for yes. VM may not be seeing disconnect from CO.
