I have a customer with a Partner ACS 7.0 and Euro Series II 34D sets. One of the stations on the system has a problem with dimly lit LED's. I have tried several different phones and they still complain about it. Is there anything in programming to turn up the brightness on the LED's? Perhaps this is a bad batch of 34D's. I had a problem earlier in the year with the LCD screens going bad at the same site.

There is no "brightness control" on LED. Plug phone directly into cabinet and compare to brighness when at user's location. Compare brightness across several ports. In the end, you either have super-long cable that may causing problem or a weak port. Could it be the room lighting arrangement?

How many 34D sets are being used? I seem to recall that loading up with 34D sets can cause issues, but I don't have the specifics as to what they are.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
