Problem with JWS 1.2

Hi folks,
One of my users is having an issue with a new install of J2SE 1.4.1_05, JWS 1.2. She is getting an error saying that a certificate is failing to verify its authenticity when using an internal app. This sounds like a security level being set a tad high. Any ideas how to get past this?
