PROBLEM WITH ITEM

I was cashing this morning and noticed one of my item couldn't go through UPOS ticket entry,

the prompt kept saying "Item [barcode] is not resellable"

any idea as to what might be the cause of this ??

Go to Item Setting Maintenance Screen for that item.
Once there, look for the field "Reselleable"
change it from "No" to "Yes"... that's it

 
Thats another problem i forgot to mention, going onto the setting screen doesn't give me the option to change it, even logged in as Administrator.
 
1. Find the database of the company who have the problem
2. Open ICITEMxx with your manager database
3. Find the field RESELL and replace with TRUE.
4. Remember that field it's LOGICAL
