I have a problem with IP Office 2.0. The configuration is following:
IP403 v2.0(16) and two POTS 8+ v4.0(16). It is connected by h.323-trunk with Definity R11.
The problem is that system periodically crashes in such a manner, that I have no dialtone on the analog phones, when they goes off-hook. If I try to dial to one of them from Definity, I have a timeut on the trunk and therefore that attempts fails. In the IP Office monitor I see following records:
PRN: AudioEndPoint::AEPTimer RECVD TIMEOUT ac1916b9,49424 ac1914bb,16188
and, sometimes, records like:
12246114mS H323Evt: v=0 stacknum=0 State, new=NullState, old= id=-1

The trunk between IP Office is administered like in document "How to configure an H.323 IP trunk between an Avaya™ IP600 Internet Protocol Communication Server and Avaya™ IP Office Server" at support.avaya.com.
So, system crashes 2-3 times a day. What will you advise me to do?
