We have a customer that is running a BCM200 (Software version 3.6) system and they seem to be having problems with about 2 of their IP Phones not working properly.
When we test the IP Phones on an Option 11C system, the phones work fine without any problems. Any ideas?

Could it be that we made need some kind of patch or software update?

What problems? Voice quality, registration, etc?

How many IP phones total? What codec? Are the phones connecting over a LAN/WAN/VPN?

As you can guess, more info is needed....

The problem is with the phone just getting stuck. The phone stops responding. They seem to have this problem with just 2 sets.

Is it plugged into the same data switch as other phones?

If you haven't updated firmware on the phones recently, that might be worth a shot. If they are all running the newest firmware and you still have the issue, it may be worth de-registering the phones from the BCM, re-registering them and see what happens then.
