Hello,
I have installed an IP Office 500 V2 with 12 Base stations and 110 IP dect users..When some users recieve a call and they pick up they can't listen any thing, so the caller have to recall again and can fall into the same case.I don't know if the problem is from the IP Office or from the Base Stations !!! help pleeeeeeeease [cry]

So you get oneway speech path? no speech path? I would uncheck allow direct media path and try a call to see what you get
Do you have enough VCM resources for all those users?

It's only dialtone!!!

What is the codec set on the IPO IPDect trunk and on the master basestation?

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Hi all thanks for reply,
@vztech : i have unchecked allow direct media path and i am waiting for alerts from users.
@tlpeter : the codec set on the IPO (G711 A-LAW/G711 U-LAW/G729(a)/G723.1) and on the master Base Station is the G2729A.

Use G.711 all the way for IP DECT, have enough VCM resources ( enable direct mediapath ).
What kind of config do you have, standard installation or provisioned?
I have seen this on provisioned systems were the problem was that in IP DECT the codec Frame timing did not match the settings in IP Office.

A simple mind delivers great solutions

Intrigrant is right.
With provisioning and a reboot of the IPO then the framing timer always gets set back to 60 ms while G711 should use 20 ms.
