Problem with IP Addresses on PIX506e

Current situation: Have a Netopia R9100 connected to a DSL device. DSL IP is on a totally different subnet to the Outside IP of the Netopia but it works fine (ISP must be doing some kind of redirect) Anyway I want to get rid of the Netopia and put a PIX 506e in it's place. I have configured the PIX but......I cannot get internet access. Int E0 is configured using an IP address on a differnt sub net to the IP address (same as on Netopia) that is used for my Route outside.

Can anyone shed some light on this?
