Problem with Intrusion on ACD Agents

Hi,

When an ACD Supervisor performs silent intrusion
on an ACD agent, the agent can't park or transfer the
call.

Is there a solution to this issue ?

Hello pzer04, I am sorry to tell you that there is no solution to this scenario. MD110 is not designed to do this.
Probably the next generation of MD can do this job. But on BC12SP5 no way.
