After installed Win2k SP3 I receive the following error while logging on as a user and trying to access an Intranet shortcut on the desktop of a Published Desktop:
Problem with Shortcut: This internet shortcut cannot be opened because Failed to run.
This only occurs when logged in on the server as a regular user. When logged on as an admin there are no issues. If I reboot the server, the problem goes away for a while but will always reappear. There are no events in the event viewer. I have also given the user Full control, but I still receive the same error. If I uninstall Win2k SP3 the problems go away.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
