Problem with Installing App to 95 Machine while it's Logged Off

I read that you cannot send packages to run to Win95 machines while they are logged off. Does anyone know a workaround to installing applications to Windows 95 machines while they are on, but logged off. Thank you in advance for your time.

Win9x clients cannot 'see' the network when not logged on. It is not possible to install aplications using SMS to Win9x clients unless they are 'on' the network.
