Problem with installation on Intel

Hi,
while installing Sol. 8 on Intel 810e /PIII 600 ,I get the error message -
Error Reading I/O Device
BUS Error
Bus Error
#uname -X
Sun0s....
unknown
unknown
unknown

kindly help I m stucked badly.. My HDD is Primary Master
and CD is Sec. Master
