I have an ISA server 2000 in combined firewall and cache mode with SP1 installed. I had already installed the isah275 patch, and installed the isah174 patch last night. When the install was complete, the services and sessions became "unavailable" from the MMC, both natively and remotely. I have since applied the "re-install" choice from the ISA CD, and re-applied SP1, to no avail, the services are still unavailable, and sessions still do not display. There are no error messages in the event viewer (such as a service not starting, etc.), and I can stop and start the services from the computer management plug-in, I just can no longer monitor them in real time. All the other capabilities of the console still work just fine. Anyone have any idea what has happened? And, hopefully, how to correct it? Thanks....

Correction to post: The patch name is "isahf174", and the process that started this whole thing is the w3proxy.exe process chewing up memory and finally failing. It is not lack of memory causing it, as it only gets to approx. 800MB before it fails, and I have 3GB on board. Dr. Watson shows an Event ID of 4079, but so far that has not been indicative of much, other than a memory access violation (C0000005).
