Hi, i have CorelDraw 10, when i install it as admin and run - it works, but when i log in as user and run it show some unknown error without any message... as i noticed, it needs to be a Domain admin (dont works with simple admin) to run that programm. User have WinXp Pro. What to do?

You need to log in as a user with local admin rights, unless you do some registry hacks. You don't have to be a Domain Admin, just a user with full local admin rights.
