Problem with Instalation RAS

I installed RAS-9 on XP pro on standalone machine.
First I installed ISS web server and I did make sure that it is running properly.
Then I installed RAS 9 successful, but when I am trying to access RAS Configuration Manager I am getting following error message "Class not registered-Agent Option"

Am I doing any thing wrong? If anybody have idea what is going on please post.

Thanks for your post. But it is giving info on viewing on web. I got error message when I am trying to open "RAS Configuration Manager " from Programs-> Crystal 9 Tools.

 
Sorry, rpal, I misunderstood your question.

Have you combed through the Crystal knowledgebase articles about RAS Configuration Manager?

 
I had similar problems (check post 782-757908). My issue was that I had the software v9.2.0.x CD, and when I applied all of the hot fixes, then RAS wouldn't work - If I hadn't applied the fixes, then it worked just fine. BO has a "Crystal Reports Upgrade Installation CD" for CR9/CE9 prior to versions 9.2.3.xxx that needs to be installed. You might check and see what version you installed from the original CD, and contact BO for the upgrade if not the latest version. There is a document on the Crystal support site that gives additional details.

Apparently you need to use the CR9 Update CD if you are using CR9 9.2.0.xxx thru 9.2.3.xxx, then you need to install the Crystal Reports Upgrade Installation CD, even if you're current on all the hot fixes. Actually my funtionality worked UNTIL I applied the hot fixes. Reference tech support document: c2013699

You need to reinstall using the upgrade CD, then re-apply the hot fixes to get through the problem. Also applies to CE9, but they don't give the version #'s affected.

I called the new tech support line @ (800)877-2340 and the rep emailed me a link to d/l the upgrade CD... Fixed my problem right away.
