problem with indesign!

A quick question, how do you get a document that has:
Width: 3120mm (it's not possible to set more than 1200mm?)
Height: 620mm?

I tried it in different versions CS3, CS4 and CS5 and I can create a document with your dimensions

...can you work to scale?

...documents of such large sizes do have inherent performance issues on computers and navigational issues too. Large format work is generally worked from scale.
