Problem with Indesign CS2 and Indesign ME version

Hi everyone,
I and my friend are working in Indesign CS2. Im using normal Indesign CS2 but my friend use Indesign ME. When I work on the file she give me, my indesign keep crashing...have to start all over again. Another thing is i cant preflight the file, it appear "unknown packaging error". If i copy and paste to a new document, everything is ok...Imaging, if the file has more then 10 pages....Does anyone have the same problem like me? Can someone help me to find a best solution for it? InDesign ME uses different "plug-ins" than that of InDesign CS2. InDesign ME is made by Winsoft who licence the software from InDesign and then put their own spin on it. One of the most notable features is the bi-directional text option, for writing right to lift in InDesign.

It's more than likely that you can't edit the ME with CS2.
