Is anyone using XMedius Fax server with Avaya CM experiencing problems with inbound fax transmissions? We've been using the fax server in a limited user environment for a few months now and 10% of our inbound faxes seem to be failing. The error mgs on XMedius are either 710 (data corruption in none error correction mode image reception or 709 (during transmission, the remote terminal stopped responding, responded invalid data or asked for too many retries) and the result is either "bleeding" or missing lines on the faxes. Verified Port Network Sync Source in Avaya is configured for correct DS1 board. List measurements suggest going back to Telco Carrier to test for frame slips (scheduled for this evening). If you've had a similar issue, would like to hear if you had any solutions.
