problem with IIS setting (IP address)

Hi,
I had encountered problem with IIS when i run my default page, let's said i type in http;//file-server it can work smoothly and it can't work smoothly when i type in (ip address), why?

Is it my IIS setting problem or else?

Do anyone have any idea to advise or any references to guide, thanks.
