Problem with IE on wireless network

I'm having a problem with one of the machines on my wireless network. When entering a URL it takes a considerable amount of time for the browser to redirect to the new address. However when I am to click on a link it happens instantly. Only one computer on the network suffers from this problem. Please let me know if you have any ideas.
