Hi,
I got a Xmas wish mail with a picture on it.
Clicking on that picture acts as clicking a hyperlink. i.e. it brings me to a website.
This works as expected. I forwarded this mail and than the receiver could do same. But once he tried another time it failed.
Any idea how this is possible?
TIA

So, the same person clicked the link/picture from email two different times, one time worked, next time didn't? Or else did this person forward it to yet another person, and that person couldn't click it?

Also, have you verified it still works from your PC, could be that the web page where the link points is down, removed, or changed.

On the 3rd party's end (last recipient of the email), I'd also be curious firstly to: HOW does it not work? Does it open a browser, but gets a "page not found" message, or it doesn't open the link at all, or what?

Also, I'd like to know - how is the email being read - via Outlook, or webmail via a browser, or a totally different email application? Also, verify that the recipient used Outlook both times, or whether Outlook once and webmail another time.
