Problem with HTTPS sites

Dear All

I have a problem with ISA and accessing HTTPS sites, after several days users cannot access HTTPS sites, but still can access HTTP sites OK

It is a Win 2000 server with Service pack 4
ISA with Service pack 2
Websense installed, latest version

After a reboot of the server the user can access the sites OK for several days.
