Problem with html-tag

In the html

http://www.management-trainingen.nl/test.html

I use doctype: <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"> and as html-tag: <html xmlns="

http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">.

The W3 validator doesn't accept this last code and gives the following error: there is no attribute "XMLNS"

Could someone please explain what I could do with this error?

google for "Complete Doctype". The one you're using is a partial doctype. This is most likely the cause of your invalidation.
