we recently had a new (fiber isolated) hp procurve 4101 switch die on us and can not seem to come up with a cause for this to happen. Power surge is ruled out. switch is connected to an USP then to another filter. switch is fiber isolated from network as well. Anyone know of any problems with this HP product using gigabit
