Problem with HP laserjet 2100 tn?

Hello,

I am running Solaris 8 on sun hardware and have an HP printer in our network that for some reason when it prints, it doesn't recognize car returns. Therefore, when it prints, it takes up a great amount paper. Any suggestions?

is a remote printer configured by lpadmin or is configured with "hp jetadmin" Solaris version ?
