Problem with hipath AM, with calls wich aren´t processed

I have de following problem on a Hipath 4000:

When I ask to the Hipath AM, for a appraisement of some calls, I can´t find them.

For that reason, the appraisement of the hipath AM, is cheaper than the bills of the company of the phone service.

I don`t know if it`s a problem of the program, or someone has discovered a way to make calls without be detected.

If anyone knows anything about this problem, please tell me which are the things i am doing wrong.
