Problem with height of detail band and nested DW's in PB7

Hi, I'm having an unusual problem with a datawindow that is used for a simple report in PB7. The report prints service carts which can have multiple locations for each cart and multiple rooms for each location. Therefore the report is written using nested datawindows, the outermost retrieves the carts with a nested location dw in the detail band. The location dw has a nested room dw in its detail band. A Windows Dr. Watson error occurs when trying to preview/run the report. This seems to occur because the nested location dw has the detail band completely covering the nested room report (autosize height parameter is set so it should expand at runtime). But if you enlarge the detail band so it does not cover the "footprint" of the nested room report it runs/previews fine. I know this sounds bizarre but it makes no sense to me and was wondering if anyone else has ever run across it. The object was migrated from PB5 where it continues to work fine as originally coded. Any ideas?? I'm just concerned with where else this might show up in our application, the new release under PB7 has not been fully QC'd yet. Thanks.
