Using Crystal 10 and have a header and footer system I need to use, seems to be fine, but when I run my report then try to export it as a .CSV file, I get a repeat of the header and footer for each line of data, when I just really want it one time for the whole report.
Here is an example of what I'm getting, and what I want to get.

Any suggestion on how to make it keep it's formatting?
