Problem with Group Tree not displaying

Hi, I have written a VB6 app which opens the Crystal Viewer on a minimised form on the taskbar. When I do this, the group tree is not displayed regardless of the fact it is enabled. The reason I use a minimised form is that the report is started as a seperate exe from our main exe and this does not impact the user, allowing them to choose when to view the report.

Does anybody know of a solution to allow the group tree to be displayed?
