Intuity 5.0 and Magix 4.0
Have a few calling groups on the system.
They are set for 5 call overflow with the overflow being 770, the voicemail system.
They have voicemails in the intuity.
All the members of the group are logged out, but the call is not going into the voicemial box. It rings like normal and then gives an odd tone afterwards, but never goes to a voicemail.
What am I missing?
