Problem with Goldmine Email using Citrix 1

I have a user that uses Goldmine through Citrix. In version 5.7 the user had no problems but now that we've upgraded to version 6 the user has problems with email. In the email center the user can view the contents of an email through the preview pane but if the user opens the email the contents of the email disappear leaving a blank white screen. If the user then clicks reply a new window is opened with the correct email address for reply and the user is able to edit the subject line of the email but is prevented from entering text into the body of the email (which is still blank). Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea how to correct it? Thanks, TechRick
