Here is a good one for everyone. I think i am having issues with glare on PRI circuit that is connected to my Option11. I can monitor the circuit and watch all circuits go busy instantly. Seems like the call is tieing up all the available circuits and then denys any new calls through. Has anyone ever experianced this and if so how did you resolve the issue. There has to be a setting on that PRI that stops this. Any ideas are welcome.

Thank you

goto ld 60 and do a lcnt

is the PRI going down at all?

we usally refer to call collision (when and incoming call comes in at teh same time u try to make a outgoing call on teh same circut) that canNOT happen in a PRI. because the signalling is done first on the d channel and one side reserves the b channel before a call is connected.

ideally if u make calls from channel 23, the CO should send calls from channel 1

MY FIRST QUESTION IS HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT ALL CHANNELS GO BUSY AT THE SAME TIME?
