Hey ...

during the Installation of two CAT 5500 with a Gigabit Trunk the following errors ( and a nice Loop ) occurred:

%MLS-4-MOVEOVERFLOW:Too many moves, stop MLS for 5 sec(40000000)

%SPANTREE-2-RX_1QPVIDERR: Rcved pvid_inc BPDU on 1Q port ..

%SPANTREE-2-RX_BLKPORTPVID: Block ... on rcving vlan.. for inc peer...

This Connection worked with 100 FX without any Problems, but when I try to replace this by a Gigabit Connection, I get this " too many moves " and so on... messages.

Is it possible, that I have to configure UDLD Protocol ???
This is just an Idea, but I would be thankful for every helpful device.

best regards
ypswes
