When I start IPsec, the VPN connection does not start.

the message in log is :

Dec 2 16:00:53 pc0042 ipsec_setup: ...FreeS/WAN IPsec started
Dec 2 16:00:54 pc0042 ipsec__plutorun: ipsec_auto: fatal error in
