problem with frames in netscape

hi friends,

using codes i have made a page for drop down menus using frames as taught in the tutorial of bratta but the problem now is that everytime u select one option from the menu it opens in a new window. Actually it shud happen that it shud be opened in the same window....

If anyone knows the answer then pls let me know asap.
