Problem with foreign fonts

We are having problems using 2 fonts. Vietnamese (VPS Helv)and cambodian (Khek Sovannak). They have been installed on the Cognos server but when it get rebooted the fonts don't work. Can anyone tell us if there is something we should do differently when installing these 2 fonts. All the other fonts work fine. Any tutorials you point us to will help.
