I have a SQL report in a SQL reporting server.

The report include a Header and table in the body of the report.

When I Export the report to Excel I get the table and the header. I dont want the header since it make me problem with merging cells and sorting.

Can I do Export without the Header???

Not as far as I know - could possibly look into extracting the base data from the query itself but then you would lose all formatting / calculations done in the report...

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names and all are different colours but they all live in the same box.

So I can sort the result in table???? There is problem with the cells of the Header

I don't think you can do anything about it other than exporting the data set of the query without using Reporting Services.

You may also want to look at how your header is created. Why not split the header in the report so that it doesn't merge ?
